Pricing is based on per item that needs to be setup and per item to be stuck. We currently only set and strike tables, chairs, chair pads, umbrellas, Lounge and Bars. If you have additional furnishing for which you would like to quote services, please call or email to review. Our pricing and services are for event furnishing, venue owned or rental items. Each job will be quoted based on the estimated length of time required to complete the schedule services. If our team is onsite longer than the allocated time due to delays or occurances not within the control of Set & Strike additional fees may apply. Such as: the site not being ready upon arrival for install, other vendors delayed in their install/strike required prior to Set & Strike’s service, etc.
Upon signing of the Service Agreement, a 50% payment is required to secure the requested/proposed service date and time. Services are not confirmed or formally scheduled without a signed agreement and initial payment. Final payment is required 7 days prior to the first service date within the agreement.
If the Client requests cancellation of the agreement 30 days or more before the Event, Set & Strike shall be entitled to 25% percent of the Estimated Total Cost. If the Client requests cancellation of this Contract 29-14 days before the Event, Set & Strike shall be entitled to 50% percent of the Estimated Total Cost. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the Event, Set & Strike shall be entitled to 100% percent of the Estimated Total Cost.
We will apply a Travel Fee based on the venue/event location. See Services Page for pricing. Additional Fees may apply for jobs/sites that require limited service times and/or require after hours set/strike.
If the product is staged/stored over 100 ft from where it needs to be set up or struck, a long carry fee will be applied based on size of the job and distance required.
A schematic / detailed layout of the event is due 7 days prior to the Event setup date. Based on the overall scope of the set up, a planner, venue representative or representative of the Event may be required to be present. For elaborate set ups, a site visits may be requested by the Client and/or may be required by Set & Strike, to ensure service scope is accurately quoted. Site visit travel and service hours will be billed to the Client.
